Overview

An 11 mile moderate circular walk from East Quantoxhead. Mostly easy, but with a 250m climb from the start up through Smith’s Combe to the Quantock Hills ridge and Beacon Hill. From here we turn south west to walk steadily downhill through woodland, with a short stretch along a minor road, then across grassland to Doniford. We turn eastwards here to skirt the top side of the Holiday Park to arrive at a waterfall which cascades from the top of the cliffs. From here we continue along St Audrey’s Bay beach coastal path back to the start. Mainly dog friendly, across fields with stiles and footbridges.
