POST RECCE UPDATE 25.12.2024 - Surface mud. Slippery underfoot particularly on the steep incline. Due to some flooding we will walk a longer distance on the disused railway line. If strong winds arrive ahead of the current forecast the route may be changed.
Steep incline up to the top of Beacon Hill. One longish road section. Two stiles.

Bring refreshments for mid walk break.
Dogs must be under close control at all times and on a lead for at least 50% of this walk.
Meet outside The Shoe Inn*. Park with consideration in the village.
