I know we did this walk last October but it's a great walk for a winter day with dry boots.
This walk begins in the Lockington Village Hall Car Park.
Walking to Grange Cottages, we head to Moor Farm and West Belt Plantation.
From here we head to the historic village of Kilnwick. From here we head to Pit Lane and back to the cars
🚘 There is a minimum charge of £1 per car and the collection box is near the entrance to the hall.
We have been requested, if the car park has been filled up, not to park in the small lane leading upto it as it may cause congestion. There are plenty of other places in the village to park.
🚻 Toilets available.
🤸 The walk is mostly flat,walking in quiet country lanes and ensures clean boots .It will suite all walking abilities.
🐕 Dogs on short leads please.
New people are always welcome to join the group for a few walks before becoming members. Just turn up, but please make yourself known to the walk leader before we start.
