A fairly easy 8.5 mile walk with a one steep section down some steps then back up the other side. On a good day, there will be far-reaching views across the sea.
We will start by walking past the lighthouse then along the coastal path towards South Landing where the lifeboat is located. There will be tea and coffee ☕ and a selection of cakes in the Flamborough boathouse to raise funds for the village lifeboat. Donations can be made in either cash or card.
Once we’ve finished indulging in cake 🍰 we will continue onto Danes Dyke where we will stop for lunch. After lunch we will walk through Flamborough towards the holiday site before returning back to the coastal path. The path will take us back to Flamborough Head and if you’ve not had enough treats for the day, there will be a choice of ice cream 🍦
🅿️ Headland car park costs £5.60 all day. The ticket machine takes either cash or card
🚻 Toilets at the start/end and at lunch
🥪 You can bring a packed lunch, or there is a kiosk at the lunch stop (cash only)
