A predominately elevated 9 mile walk from Fritham to Frogham, offering superb panoramic views across the New Forest.

At Frogham we will pass the Abbots well which was first recorded in 1215 before returning to Fritham via Hampton Ridge.

The walk will stop for both a coffee and lunch break, so please bring your own refreshments.

At the end of the walk, there will be ample opportunity to go for a drink at the nearby Royal Oak public house, which is a well-known real ale pub

If there is significant rain parts, could be muddy.

Travel east on the M27 to Junction 1 at Cadnam, then take the B3079 followed by a left fork onto the B3078 just after The Bell Inn. At the next crossroad, take a left onto Furzey Lane and continue through Fritham village to the carpark on your left, just beyond the Royal Oak pub.
