We are the Wessex Wanderers Railway Walks. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from Frome railway station, we walk towards Rodden church and meadows, on to Friggle Street, Lower Woods and down into west Woodlands and the church. We return via Feltham, following the River Frome back to the town. The walk is generally flat, but could be muddy in places.

Most railway stations along the route do not have toilets. If needed, it is advisable to use the train toilets before alighting.

Whilst the walks are risk assessed, and may be changed at short notice if necessary, for your health and wellbeing we recommend that you wear good walking boots/shoes, consider if you need trekking poles, and bring sufficient food/drink for the walk
