We meet at the Visitors Centre, make our way to Kensworth, Blake Hall and then on to Studham. We then skirt round Holywell and on to Whipsnade. We will stop at the Tree Cathedral before returning to the visitors' centre at Dunstable. Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks for the day. There is also hopefully time for a pub stop in Studham for a quick drink.
Meet outside the Visitors' Centre, Dunstable Downs, just off the B4541, LU6 2GY. The cost for parking for the day is £3.50 but free for National Trust members.
Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you. Please remember to bring along your ICE (In Case of Emergency) card with details of emergency contacts, medical conditions and medications.
The leader has set a limit of 20 walkers and requires you to book. If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
