We will walk down to Linton Falls then up to the pretty village of Linton. From Linton we follow the Dales Way over the fields and tracks through Thorpe and onto the village of Burnsall where we stop for a picnic lunch - cafe and toilets available. We leave Burnsall and follow the river Wharfe all the way back to Grassington
Panaramic views across the valley from Linton. A number of stiles down to Burnsall. Possibility of sheep/cattle in fields - please note no dogs allowed.
We plan to meet up with the other group of Leeds Ramblers who are walking to Appletreewick at the end of our walk.
There are toilet facilities at the walk meeting point at the Grassington National Visitor Centre Car Park.
