Overview

We walk down easy tracks in the Yett valley before a steep climb to the abandoned farmhouse at Peelinick. From there we follow an easy track towards Buchtrig Farm, taking lunch at the spectacular Moat Knowe hillfort.

From Buchtrig we walk on tracks and some open country along Humblemoor Hill and The Hows, a fine ridge above the Kale Valley, before dropping down to Greenhill.
