Overview

Start in a South Easterly direction towards the golf course where we strictly need to keep to the footpath. Pass the golf hotel and ponds.

Short steep path up hill and down past another pond and cross the brook. Steep steps with handrail to causeway dropping down steps with handrail on other side

Walk along brook for half a mile. Coffee break overlooking the lake and Fort Henry.

Retrace our steps to causeway and left, West along track through wood and fields before turning North back to cars over more fields.
