Guided Canal Heritage Walk to be led by Nigel Hardacre of the Lancaster Canal Trust, walking along the canal and river at Tarleton on the Henry Alty Way and connecting to roads and footpaths. We will visit Becconsall old church which has gravestones that were damaged by WW2 bombs from a Luftwaffe raid.
Public toilets available before the walk in the car park next to the Co-op in Tarleton PR4 6UQ
Start and Finish is at the Canal and River Trust car park at the bottom of Plock Brow accessed from Coe Lane in Tarleton on a tight corner so please take care.
