Overview

Leisurely 5.5 mile walk through woods, wetlands and the historic site of the Royal Small Arms Factory.  Mostly level fairly good grassy paths or tracks.  No stiles. Please bring a packed lunch. Toilets and seats at the lunch stop. Some mud possible.

Meet at the Swan and Pike carpark.  EN3 6JH

Turn right immediately past the traffic lights off Mollison Avenue.  The road bends round to the right past the Greyhound Pub.  At the end the road turns sharp left over a bridge, then go immediately right.  The free car park is about 50 yards down on the right hand side.

The car park is about 15 minutes walk from Enfield Lock station
