We are the Kendal Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Leaving Hawes through fields and farmland on to the open fell and across a Roman road. Descend to the tiny villages of Marsett and Stalling Busk then along the valley to Semer Water. A long steady climb brings us back across the Roman road and down to Burtersett through fields and farmland again, back to Hawes.

Kendal Leisure Centre. Any cars left here for the duration of the walk will need to display a Parking Permit in the windscreen. These can be bought at Reception for £2.00. Car sharing costs will be £24.30 including the driver and all passengers.
