Henfield to the River Adur.

Leaving the centre of Henfield we head across lanes to aim for the river briefly crossing the Downs Link. This walk is relatively flat with a couple of stiles. 
Underfoot there maybe some muddy stretches but it is mainly hard surface and a grassy stretch along the river bank.

Please bring a snack.

There are plenty of places in Henfield if in need of refreshments afterwards.
