The walk sets off from Penycae on a quiet road leading to Nant-y-ffin. Taking a path inland up to the transmitter and excellent views of the countryside.
Given the recent weather the ground could be very wet and boggy.
We descend to the Henrhyd Falls from the NT Car park for tea / coffee.
Leaving the falls behind we follow the Llech into the Geopark down to the Graig Llech Bridge.
We make our way to Garw Leisiau and head for Coed-Clyn-Gwenws, returning to our car park at Penycae.
Please bring gaiters and poles if you have them.
It is possible to get close to the waterfalls and even step behind them !!!
