Overview

Overview: A circular, undulating walk, starting in Alfriston, heading to the Sanctuary, then traversing through the open access land to the South Downs Way (SDW) and down the Green Way. Joining The Comp to Cradle Hill and High and Over. Descending to the footbridge and Litlington, then climbing to the reservoir overlooking Lullington Heath and via Winchester’s Pond to the SDW above the Long Man, before returning to Alfriston.

Please note – in the event of bad weather there are options to shorten the walk.
