We are the Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Moderate to brisk paced and undulating 9.4 mile/15.1km walk from East Croydon Station to Coombe Lane Tram Stop. About 4.5 hours walking.
Route: Altyre Road to Park Hill Rec, Stanhope Road and Brownlow Road and footpaths to Lloyd Park, up and across Lloyd Park, woodland and heathland of Addington Hill with viewpoint across to North London, Heathfield House gardens, Bramley Bank Nature Reserve, Littleheath Woods, ancient woodland of Croham Hurst and Breakneck Hill with a Bronze Age Barrow and a view to the south of the borough, Coombe Wood with ornamental gardens, woodland and a cafe, Addington Hill to Coombe Lane Tram Stop.
Lunch: no scheduled stop - no pubs en route but cafés near beginning and towards the end of the walk. Bring snack ‐ leader will adjust to suit the group's wishes.
Meet at East Croydon Station (Ticket Hall at street level ‐ outside ticket gates) at 10.50..
Travel: Victoria 10.24/ Lon Bridge10.30 ; St Pancras 10.15 ; from West Hampstead Thameslink: 10.02 train (changing at Farringdon).
Finish: Coombe Lane Tram Stop - Croydon to New Addington line - for frequent trains from East Croydon.
