Meet at 10.00 at the Hoebridge Golf Club car park. There are several car parks so after entering the Golf Club and going over the third speed bump turn immediately right and right again into the gravel surfaced car park.
The circular walk leaves the car park and heads towards the Fox Way. There is a very short section on pavement beside a road before picking up the footpath and heading towards Broad Mead and the Wey Navigation Canal. The footpath goes passed Papercourt and Newark Locks. It then heads in the direction of Pyrford Village, returning alongside the Golf course to Hoebridge Golf Club. Please be warned there are sections of the walk that can be very muddy. Some of the footpaths cross golf fairways therefore look right and left before crossing. Being hit by a golf ball can be a painful experience. Golfers have priority. Please register your your attendance with the Walk Leader by 19.00 on the previous evening.
The Clubhouse has a cafe/bar and toilet facilities. Please do not wear muddy boots in the Clubhouse. Either change your footwear or use protective covers. Coffee/tea break al fresco. Late lunch break at the end of the Walk for those wanting to eat and drink in the Clubhouse, no booking required. Payment is by card only.
