We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting at Hungerford Common we walk south towards Inkpen, then continuing west towards Mount Prosperous (home of Jethro Tull). We then head north and cross the Salisbury road to Standen Manor, eventually joining the Kennet and Avon Canal. The walk then continues along the tow path through the lower part of Hungerford to Dunmill lock whereupon, leaving the canal, we head back to the parked cars.
