We are the Cleveland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Circular walk approx 7.2 miles. Assistance dogs only.
From the carpark the walk takes the forest track going east then south through Greenhow plantation to a bridle way south and uphill on to the Cleveland way. Stay on this track to a NW turning that leads to the top of Ingleby incline. Descend the track and continue to fields towards Wood's farm. Short distance along the road and follow paths SW through fields to West Wood farm, south on road and back to car park.
There will be a ten minute break. Please feel free to bring a drink/snack to enjoy.
The section uphill to the Cleveland Way is fairly strenuous for 0.7 miles but we can take our time getting to the top.
There was no livestock in any of the fields used.
