We are the Badenoch & Strathspey Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Condense cars and drive along Station Road, Carrbridge for 3 km, to car park on right, 200m south of Inverlaidnan Bridge (Map ref. OS 35 NH 866209). Walk on forest path to Sluggan Bridge, over the River Dulnain, and then on path and tracks to anti-clockwise circumnavigate Inverlaidnan Hill, passing the A9, the Inverness railway line, Insharn cottages along General Wade's Road, to Inverlaidnan Bridge, and cars. The route is good but muddy and boggy in places. Dogs on a lead as we pass livestock.
