A figure of eight circular walk taking in the John Muir Country Park, the Long Craigs clifftop , Victoria Harbour, Lamer Island Battery, and John Muir's Birthplace Museum. Path surfaces include sandy forest paths, sand, grass, concrete promenade and tarmacadam pavements. Generally flat to gentle gradients. Clifftop section has several moderate slopes and several short, steep slopes with flights of steps (Optional route can be taken to avoid steps).
Toilets at John Muir Country Park and near the Leisure Pool.
For car sharing meet at Livingston North Railway Station, South Car Park (Glasgow side, east corner).
