Overview

Drive thro Invergordon and then Barbaraville on the B817. Turn off into Milton village by Kildary. Shortly after see sign for walk on RHS, follow and park here.

Walk starts down an avenue of beech trees, then along the Cromarty firth. The thro mixed woodland to the Balnagown river. Then a short stretch of road and on to the charming Kildary Loch. Return by varied route good paths, muddy in places, gaiters advised.
