A pleasant local walk around Knowle and Barston. I plan to call into Newlands Bishop Farm for lunch. Newland Bishop Farm is a fantastic local charity that provides activity and work for young people with learning difficulties. ( Check it out: newlandbishopfarm.co.uk). They have recently reopened their cafe, all proceeds go to the charity. There will be an oportunity to eat lunch or alternatively a tea or coffee, before returning to the start point.
Mainly field walking with a couple of short hills. Depending on recent weather it is likely to be muddy in places.
