Overview

The walk starts across fields to Merthyr Mawr. The original route had to be altered to avoid flooding. We then walk to Candleston, and across the dunes to the village of Tythegston and then back to Laleston.

The walk is through attractive countryside and the famous sand dunes of Merthyr Mawr Warren.

No wellies required !!

Hopefully by next Sunday everything will have dried out considerably.
