Starting from the recreation ground car park the route is south across Letterston Moorland to South Hook. We then go north adjacent with the rail line to the lane at Midland-uchaf and cross the rail line and river to the edge of Priskilly Forest. Turning south through Ty-cant then north to the road at Withy Hill before skirting the edge of Priskilly Golf Club and back across the river and rail line to the St. Davids road. From here it is a short walk back to the start.
Farmland, woodland and quiet country roads.
