Lincoln

The walk will initially follow the Witham through Lincoln past the marina to the West common where we will turn uphill to the castle and the cathedral. We will then walk across to the Arboretum and follow footpaths out of town past the hospital and under the ring road to Greetwell church. Here we will return to the Witham and walk back into town to the start point.

Note that when driving to the start point, the bridge across the Witham from Waterside to Spa Road is currently closed. Parking is available on the roadside beyond the rowing club
