A private coach will take us from Bo’ness to Linlithgow. We will walk in a clockwise direction round part of the loch before heading out into the countryside. Following minor roads and woodland paths we reach Kinneil Estate. We pass the curling pond, the site of the Roman fort and the ruins of Kinneil Church to reach Kinneil House. We then make our way down towards the foreshore and along to the car park.

Transport is a small private coach. Book your place (a) by contacting the Walk Leader and (b) paying £6 to our Ramblers Group Account. Places will be allocated on a first pay first served.
The coach will leave at 10.00hours. Please be ready at least 15 minutes before with boots on. Also allow time for travel as there always seems to be roadworks/ temporary traffic lights on the Bo’ness road.
Anyone wishing a shorter walk can join the group at Linlithgow and walk round the loch and back to the town. Contact the leader if you wish to do this.
