Loftus

Assistance dogs only. From the car park walk east and south to join the High St. Walk east along High St/Whitby Rd to the cemetery. Here turn south on to Loy Lane. Follow the lane south and south east until an unclassified metalled road is reached - follow the road west until a bridleway is encountered on the left - follow it south/south west to Handale. Continue to follow the path and then  a lane west to Liverton. Join the road and walk north until a junction with a minor road/lane is reached on the right - join this lane and follow it east and north to Waytail Gate.  Here join the footpath heading north through Rosecroft Wood back to Loftus.
