Meet at Uxbridge Bus Station at 10:30 Get Bus to Hayes & Harlington Station and from the same stop get bus to Uxbridge Bus Station. The morning is about 5.2 miles and is an easy walk mainly by the Grand Union Canal, but with a couple of short diversions. The afternoon is about 3.6 miles and is a moderate walk as we climb away from the canal and river. About 100 metres of climbing and 7 stiles some quite high. Coffee stop in Uxbridge at the Chimes shopping centre (toilets available) and Lunch Stop at the Coy Carp Pub by the canal.
