We are the Doncaster Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the car park we walk around Low Dike Reservoir. At the current dam site we see the site of the original dam which failed in 1864 killing at least 240 people. Its then uphill to Agden Reservoir then uphill again to High Bradfield. After lunch its downhill to Damflask reservoir, then around this reservoir and back to the start point. Bring your own snap. Pub stop at lunchtime at the The Old Horns at High Bradfield. Lunch will be taken in the churchyard at High Bradfield. About 1100 ft of ascent. If it has been wet could be very muddy around Dale Dike reservoir
In the car park in Low Bradfield at the back of the cricket pitch. Follow the signs when you get to Low Bradfield. Toilets at the start opposite the Village Hall. Sat nav takes you to the centre of the village. Follow signs to car park. If cannot find call the walk leader.
