We are the Mid Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

From the Castle we walk up into and around Collingbourne Wood,, alternating between woodland and heath/downland. The walk uses footpaths and tracks and there are some steep sections. Beautiful views are however the reward (given good weather). Expect some stiles and possible mud.
Please bring lunch and refreshments. Sticks may also be useful. There may be livestock enroute.
