Overview

Starting from Heptonstall, the walk follows trails and tracks northwards following Hebden Water, crossing it at Gibson Mill (toilets and cafe) then heading northwest, skirting Shackleton Moor to the head of the valley. We then head south to Lumb Falls, then meander back to Heptonstall.
