Overview

Starting from the bottom of the lane up to Mitchells Fold,  we walk to Lan Fawr and then head west, passing through the Marrington Dingle. After the Dingle we make our north to the Knoll and turn to east to towards Middleton Hall and onto the Pillow Mound . Back via the Stone circle at Mitchells Fold to the cars. There are 2 steep descents and 1 steep ascent so poles recommended .
