Marske

From the car park we head to the Valley Gardens and then up through the cut passing the house with the teapots onto The Stray. We then cross the road into the woods at the start of Long Beck. Heading through The Landings estate we head along Cat Flatt Lane and cross the railway. We then climb up to New Marske and Errington Wood. We will have our break at the car park/picnic area and then head round to the pretty village of Upleatham. We then make our way to Quarry Lane and back into Marske along the High Street. The walk is approximately 6 1/2 miles.
