Overview

Starting at Marykirk Hall short walk over track leading to quiet country road this will continue for short distance when we will go into woods. Lovely walk through the woods hopefully some spring flowers and birds nesting.

This walk slowly opens up and reveals this hidden tower, unsure of its origins but it is a lovely short rest point.

We continue down towards the river where there is a fisherman's but and some nice spots for lunch if weather good.

Again we continue on quiet country roads and walking under the Marykirk Bridge before our return.

Lovely views over the country side.

There is a restaurant a short distance from Car park if required.

Maybe some branches to negotiate.
