Overview

Planned route:

Meerbrook, Gunside, Gun Plantation, Gun, Turners Pool, Meadows, Stockmeadows, Lodge Farm, Lower Lee, Frith Bottom, Tittesworth Visitor Centre (Toilet facilities).

A combination of footpaths, bridleways, farm access tracks & short sections of minor roads.

 

Weather & time permitting Gill is happy to extend the walk to include Hen Cloud on return to Meerbrook. However this would increase the total mileage to approximately 12 miles. The option is there if anyone expresses an interest on the day.

Hen Cloud Route:

Tittesworth Reservoir Visitor Centre, Whitty Lane, Upper Hulme, The Roaches House, Hen Cloud, Windygates, Frith Bottom, Lower Lee, Meerbrook.
