We are the Cumbernauld & Kilsyth Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk will start at Todholes and take the forests paths uphill to Meikle Bin with great views of Carron Reservoir and surrounding area. From there the descent is through Carron Valley Forest towards the Carron Reservoir ending at Duncarron Medieval Village. It is the reconstruction of a typical residence of a Scottish clan chief from the early part of the last millennium.

Travel to start of walk by private bus. Pick up points in Cumbernauld: 8:50am - Craiglinn Roundabout Bus Stop 8:55am - Condorrat Main Road Bus Stop. 9.00 am - Park at car park for Cumbernauld New Town Hall Bron Way, Cumbernauld G67 1DZ Then make your way to the bus stop on Bron Way (left out car park) (see map) **** Bus back at Cumbernauld approximately 6pm. ****
