We are the Portsmouth Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk from Midhurst to Graffham via Heyshott and the South Downs Way, returning via Little London and New Lipchis Way. Maps OL08 and OL10. A fairly steep ascent from Heyshott onto the SDW, and then a steepish descent into Graffham. Otherwise, generally level terrain, sandy in parts and a bit muddy in others, through woods and across heathland.
Please note: The Midhurst car park is now charging for Sundays for stays between 10am and 5pm; £2.20 for up to six hours; £2:50 for up to 8 hours. Allowing for breaks we really need to pay the latter price. At least there are good public conveniences available at the car park.
