We are the Tendring District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

A lovely linear walk with beautiful views of the Stour estuary.
Park along the Walls in Mistley and meet at Mistley Towers at 9.40am. We will then walk to Mistley Station to purchase tickets and catch the 10.04 train to Harwich International station. If we buy Group tickets for 3-9 persons it is £3.90 each. The leader is happy to purchase the appropriate tickets by card and the walkers reimburse her with cash if they are happy with that.
From Harwich International station we will walk towards Ramsey and Copperas Wood where we will have coffee. We will then walk to Bradfield for picnic lunch. It is forecast to be a cold day so if you wish to eat in the church please bring boot covers.
Please note coffee will be after 4 miles and lunch after 7.5 miles. We then have a short walk to the finish at Mistley.
