Overview

Following Offa’s Dyke in parts, with hopefully lovely views across the Vale of Clwyd and over the Wirral. We start with a long steep pull up to Moel Y Parc, then down it and then uphill to Penycloddiau, and down to the Llangwyfan car park. We then go back a slightly different way up Penycloddiau, and walk back down again back  - perhaps to the Dinorben Arms at the end to refresh ourselves. It’s about 650 metres ( approx 2,100 feet ) of ascent, with 3 main ascents, the steepest of them up to Moel Y Parc in the first bit of the walk. Although it is graded as ‘Moderate’ it’s on the strenuous side of this.

Please also note that the parking and start point is in the Bodfari Church car park, not in the Dinorben, thanks.
