Route: follow the Erewash Canal to Long Eaton.
Terrain: along the tow path can be slightly muddy in places.
Opportunity to shorten walk 3 miles at Sandiacre (i4 bus back to Nottingham)
Drinks in Rowells Drinking Emporium at the end of the walk.
