Overview

A circular walk mainly on moorland following the Calderdale Way from Mytholmroyd to Heptonstall via Churn Milk Joan and Midgehole, returning via Hebdon Bridge along The Rochdale Canal. The route from Heptonstall follows the Calderdale Way clifftop path, which is narrow in places, along the top of Eaves Wood with great views of Colden Clough.

Note: This walk is graded as Moderate/Strenuous and contains steep ascents and descents on cobbled paths which may be slippy when wet.
