We are the Glasgow Ramblers. If you enjoy walking or want to give it a try come and join us.
The walk starts from Neilston Railway Station, heads up Kirkton Road then turns onto a farm access road which also leads to the Snypes Dam, where we will have a coffee stop.
We then walk around part of the Dam then cut up to a forest track, after a short distance we start the climb up onto The Pad where we could [weather dependant] have lunch.
We then drop down the hill back to a forest track which we follow round to the next Dam, which is Craighall. We will walk 3 quarter's of the way round Craighall then pick up the forest track again which leads us to Kingston Road and back down to the Railway Station and the end of the walk.

If you wish to come on the walk you must contact the Leader in advance by text or phone call, but not more than two weeks in advance (not before 29 March). Also, please provide the Leader with a mobile phone number in case arrangements change.
Walkers should not come on the walk if they have any symptoms associated with the Covid virus.
Meet outside M&S at 09:15 having bought a return ticket to Nielston. The train leaves at 09:35. The leaders will meet walkers at Nielston station when the train arrives.
