Overview

This is a Davey and Haydn led walk. Starting from the Parrog car park at Newport, free parking with toilets. Follow the Afon Nyfer, to bridge, pick up a permissable path ,and continue to Nevern. Then on to Felindre Farchog, leaving the river and head uphill to Ty Canol woods. Once through the woods we circumvent the lower slopes of Mynydd Carn Ingli, before dropping down through the fields back into Newport.

This walk is classed as strenuous due to some steep ascents and ground conditions at this time of year.
