Overview

The walk begins and ends alongside the R Mole. In between we climb up through Norbury Park - a long but mostly steady ascent - to reach an early coffee stop with a coffee van which claims to be open on Thursdays (no guarantees!). We skirt around the 'big house', cross Fetcham Downs and pass by Bockett's Farm before descending gently to eventually reach the Mole again. Lovely views and mostly good paths/tracks but the potential for a bit of mud is there! We have to cross the busy Young Street once, but with excellent visibility in both directions. Why not bring a picnic to enjoy on the benches by the river at the end?
