We are the Rutland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Head through Oakham and cross the railway. Follow the Rutland Round in reverse to Langham.
Take the track towards Langham Lodge then follow the footpath and track to the Aswell Road. Follow the road (pavement) towards Oakham to pick up the footpath alongside the canal. Follow to Oakham and the cars
Dogs on leads please. A few stiles.
Given the time of year mud is inevitable.
Please consider car sharing arrangements with other members to reduce the pressure on parking spots at the start of the walk.
In the event of severe weather, please contact the leader on the day of the walk to check the walk is still on.
