Overview

This will be a fast paced walk following tracks on the other side of Hindhead Common. Visiting Gibbet Hill, Hurthill & Keffold's Copses, Polecat Valley and the Tyndall's Estate. The walk will visit the quieter areas of Hindhead Common on less well known paths. There are steep ascents & descents so poles & boots recommended. Good tracks though some can be muddy after rain. A 5 mile walk with 1200 feet of ascent for strong walkers. On the strenuous side of moderate.
