This is a flat linear walk along the Regents Canal, from Paddington Basin via Little Venice, London Zoo, Camden Lock and Kings Cross, where we break for lunch. After lunch we continue along the canal towards Islington, Victoria Park, Mile End Park until we reach Limehouse Basin.
At the start of the walk we meet at Paddington mainline station Platform 1, there are toilets at this meeting point. At 11am we will set off towards Paddington Basin where the walk begins.
At our Kings Cross lunch stop there are public toilets and there are a number of places to eat and have a hot drink, this includes the cafe at Camley Street natural park, Parillan restaurant, Barrafina restaurant, various other coffee shops and places to eat. If you prefer to bring a pack lunch, there are plenty of places to sit in the open or in covered areas.
This walk will end at Limehouse Basin, close by is the Limehouse DLR station for travel towards Canary Wharf, Greenwich and Lewisham
