Overview

Linear to Godalming Station. A moderately-paced, varied walk led by Maeve K (Mobile No: 07811 094 646 - on day of walk only) joint with Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Group that includes many 17/18 century buildings with galleting, historic churches, the lovely village of Hascombe, Winkworth Arboretum and the River Wey and Godalming Navigation. 

Much of the day will be on hilly woodland and leaf-shaded footpaths including the Greensand Way stretch of the walk.

Toilets: none at Milford Station, but toilets at Hascombe (for pub customers only), Winkworth Arboretum and Godalming Station.

Lunch stop: Picnic at Hascombe Village Green with opportunity for refreshment at 'The White Horse' pub.
